I knew Ruth growing up as a kid because she and Hank were very involved in the Neptune Power Squadron for over 20 years. Ruth and Hank helped out this Northport group in many many ways at many events. They attended many if not all of the monthly meetings and both were very very very kind people. My parents RIP also felt the same way about the Foglinos. After I had moved away I had made it a point of calling Ruth a few times since I held her in the highest regards. Now Ruth and Hank are in Heaven with their motorboat (Hank had many jokes about sailors and even made my Dad a model sailboat with an outboard motor attached to it! Thank you for years of help and kindness your friend Chip will never forget such a lovely couple!!
