Art was a tireless advocate for his students and a man to whom public service was an obligation of citizenship. His family lost a passionate and loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. His friends lost a loyal and dependable companion Rotary, Scouts, alumni , church , masons, and his community lost an always willing volunteer, and helper. In his own quiet way Art was an example of what makes small town America great.
Art, it was a special Honor to have worked with you as a member of the HTC School Board for our young men and women ,
