Stephen Paul Truesdell (Pa), of Conesville, NY, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024. He was born on June 7, 1953 to Mary (Wayman) and George Truesdell Sr. in Stamford NY. Throughout his life, he worked in construction, paving and logging. He was a hard worker and never stopped splitting firewood for his home. 

Pa was an avid hunter, trapper and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his dog, gardening, watching birds and being outdoors. He loved a good dirty joke.

Pa is survived by his wife Vickie Truesdell; his children Stephanie Truesdell (Josh Shaul), Dustin Truesdell, Zachary Truesdell, and stepdaughter Alison Jacobs (Rudraskandan Ratnadurai); his sister Sylvia Grant and his brothers Larry Truesdell and Ricky Lutz;  his grandchildren Sylver and Clint Truesdell, Katherine Shaul, Adelynn and Reilly Maynard, and Aarya and Aran Rudra. He’s also survived by his fur baby, Gypsy.

Pa was predeceased by his grandmother Sylvia Nichols;  his mother and stepfather Mary and Willie Lutz; his father George Truesdell Sr; his brothers Walter and George Truesdell Jr. and his beloved dogs, Buck and Lady.

At Pa’s request, there will be no services.
