Obituary of Philip Devlin, Sr.

Philip Spencer Devlin of Hensonville, NY passed away peacefully with his sons at his side on May 28, 2024 at the age of 76.  He was the son of the late Philip Devlin and Evelyn (Vogel) Devlin.  Phil was a Navy Veteran,member of the Ashland Fire Department and was a retired mechanic.  He was a “jack of all trades” who would be there to help any and all that came across his path.

Phil survived by his children Heather (Robert) Drum, Jason, Philip (Jen), Karyn-Ann (Chris) and Thomas (Melissa), his grandchildren Patrick, Devin, Catherine, Alijah, Anthony, Julianna, Jackson, Colin, Kevin, Brooklyn, Lilianna and Michael.  He also survived by his siblings Kenny (Kathy) and Jan and many nieces and nephews in addition his life long partner, Sandy Lowell.  He was predeceased by his brother Kevin and sister Gail.

At Phil’s request there will be no service, however you can make a contribution in his memory to The Ronald McDonald Houe, as he was a life long contributor to the organization as it held a special place in his heart.
