Obituary of Jason Brian Briggs

Jason Brian Briggs passed away April 18, 2024 at the age of 46. Jason was brought up in Grand Gorge, NY and graduated from Roxbury High School. He was the oldest of two sons born to Larry and Brenda Buell Briggs While living in Grand Gorge, Jason loved getting down to Prattsville to the 132 acre farm with his grandparents, John and Hazel Briggs and with his multitude of aunts, uncles cousins and friends. Jason enjoyed camping, fishing and his time at the hunting camp.  He loved riding his four wheeler and snowmobiles on the farm and the camp on the St. Lawrence River. He was always up for a party and had a good sense of humor. Jason was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt and Dale Jr. He grew up being a fan of the basketball Chicago Bulls team. Jason leaves behind a daughter Le Ray and a son Brian.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 3-5pm
at Decker Funeral Home 5312 Main St., Windham. Family and friends are invited to the Prattsville Firehouse immediately following the service.
