Obituary of LeGrand M. Buel
LeGrand Milton Buel, age 85, of Conesville, NY went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was reunited with his love and soul mate, Leone, on Thursday, June 23rd at his residence. He lived the entirety of his life on the family farm in Conesville and was still bailing hay until the age of 83. LeGrand loved the Lord, loved his wife and family, and loved farming. He had a quick-witted sense of humor, a catch-phrase for every occasion, and loved a daily routine of taking care of the farm and listening to Rush Limbaugh. He was beloved by so many and will be dearly missed, but he is happier and healthier than he has ever been before in his perfect eternal home.
He was born to Willie T. Buel and Elsie E. Buel on August 26th, 1936. He married the love of his life, Leone, on April 23rd, 1966. He is survived by his son Jeffery L. Buel and wife Lisa and their 4 children - Jonathan, Justin, Jerica, and Owen; and daughter Jennifer L. Allen and husband Bobby and their 4 children – Katelynn, Abigail, Joshua, and James; one great grandchild; his brother Raymond; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Willie and Elsie Buel; his adoring wife, Leone; and his 4 sisters Dorthy, Hazel, Helen, and Lovina.
