Lonna was a kind, gentle soul, always a smile on her face. We were lucky to have Lonna as our Children's kindergarten teacher. My Husband would always greet her as "Lonna your Honor" and she would always laugh and smile. Lonna touched so many hearts in so many ways and has left many amazing memories. So sorry to hear this. She left half way through our kindergarten to have a baby. I remember hand embroidering a picture for her that she told me still had many many years later. Never forget learning about Ms. Buttons and all the alphabet people she had up on the walls. Prayers to your family, she definitely left an impression with her teaching.

Lonna was such a sweet special person - I grew up with her in my life for many years - from Sunday school in east Jewett church to her being my teacher at Hunter Elementary! Always gave me positive words when I would bump into her years later. She will be missed. In our hearts always (Adoree Hall-Meyer)
