Obituary of Richard Clark Seeley II

Richard Clark Seeley II born in Catskill NY on June 21st 1939 to Richard Seeley Sr and Marguerite Ditmore Seeley, passed away on April 14, 2022. He is survived by his three children Carole Seeley-Williams, Richard Clarke Seeley III and Clark Joseph Seeley, his twin Sister Marguerite Stanton, five grandchildren Mathew Schmude, Sarah Schmude-Lilley, Noah Seeley, Elliot Seeley and Nathanial Seeley, and 8 great grandchildren Nicholas Lilley, Chloe Schmude, William Lilley,  Jackson Lilley, Bryson Schmude, Eveline  Lilley,  Zoe Schmude and Kolton Schmude and numerous nieces and nephews. He is pre- deceased by his parents and sister Anne.  He was a PER of the Catskill Elks lodge and avid skier and golfer. He was the proprietor of Seeley’s Inn in Hensonville for many years before moving to Florida.  He passed peacefully surrounded by his family after a short illness. He was well loved and will be missed. A Memorial will be held at Decker’s Funeral Home on June 25, 2022 at 12 noon with interment at Pleasant Valley with a reception to follow at Windham Mountain Inn.
