Both my wife Linda and I, George, worked closely with Owen through our years with Correction. Always a gentlemen, an Officer who commanded respect, who could be relied on in all situations. He will be missed by many including his brothers and sisters of Westchester Correction. Our condolences to Laurie and all the family of Owen.
