Obituary of Apolonia Dyjak
Apolonia Dyjak, 88, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 19, 2019. She was born in Poland on April 13, 1931 to the late Jan and Katarzyna Gurdziel. She immigrated to USA in 1985 and came to Windham, NY where she made her home until her death.
She is predeceased by her husband Jan Dyjak- 1992.
She is survived by her son Zbigniew Dyjak, Bogdan Dyjak, Edward Dyjak, Marian Dyjak and Wieslaw Dyjak; daughter in law Joanna, Jolanta, Marta, Grazyna , Irena; grandchildren, Tomasz, Pawel, Patrick, Christopher, Conrad, Justin, Julia, Sophia, Alexandra; great granddaughter Olivia; brother Jozef Gurdziel and Jan Gurdziel.
