Obituary of Carol Louise Anderson

Carol Louise Anderson, of Windham NY, entered into rest in the comfort of her home on January 3, 2024 at the age of 71.

Carol was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 7, 1952 to parents John and Louise Anderson. She was the youngest of 3 children. She grew up in Brooklyn and graduated from Bishop Kearney Highschool in1970. She then left Brooklyn and traveled the country finally settling in Windham in 1986. She was a chef in the area for many years.

Carol lived life on her terms and truly enjoyed her life. Her sense of humor was larger than life and was the source of so much laughter to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Carol was predeceased by her parents, John and Louise Anderson, and her brother Donald Anderson. She is survived by her brother John Anderson. In addition to her family, Carol is mourned by her goddaughter Kate (Eric) Jaeger, their children Mia and Colton, and many friends who loved her dearly.

Carol will be deeply missed and will always be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, and sharp wit. 

A private celebration of life will be held for family and friends only.
