Paul Morales, 62, of Hensonville, New York, passed away on Friday, May 22nd. Born on

January 13, 1964, in Queens, New York, he was the beloved son of Carl E. Morales and

Joan Morales.

Paul was a graduate of Windham-Ashland-Jewett High School and went on to earn his

degree from The Culinary Institute of America. He was passionate about the culinary

arts, bringing skill and creativity to the kitchens of several restaurants throughout his

career including the Rainbow Room and Immaculate Conception Monastery in Jamaica,

NY.

Paul proudly served his country with honor in the United States Air Force, a

commitment that remained a defining part of his character throughout his life. He was

an active member of VFW Post 1545, where he cooked for his fellow veterans and forged

deep bonds of brotherhood.

Above all, Paul was a devoted family man. His warmth, generosity, and love were

apparent in the way he always had his family close to him. He and his wife Nadia shared

a home with their children and he rarely left the house without his granddaughter,

Delilah in tow. He loved his community like they were family and always had a kind

word for everyone he encountered. He will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

Paul is survived by his wife, Nadia; his children, Georges, Anthony, and Sabrina; his

grandchildren, Delilah and Liam; his parents, Carl E. Morales and Joan Morales; his

brothers, Carl J. Morales and Brandon Morales; and his sister, Lauren O’Connor.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27  VFW SERVICE 2:45PM

from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, with a funeral service at 3:00 PM and Military Honors at 4:00 PM
